We are always looking to do our part and give funds to organizations that make the most impact in the communities we serve. If you would like to request a donation from Keen Bank, we kindly ask that you fill out a donation request form and include a completed W-9 for consideration.
A w-9 may be obtained at www.irs.gov.
Completed request forms can be dropped off at any Keen Bank location or emailed to donationrequests@keen.bank.
A committee meets monthly to review requests and award funds. Due to the amount of requests we receive, we are unable to fulfill all requests.
Although Keen Bank can't support every request, we strive to give funds to as many organizations possible, that make an impact in the communities we serve.
